I believe therapy is not just about coping, but about real, transformational change. Many people come to me carrying wounds from relationships, religion, or past experiences that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves or others. My passion is helping you find a way through those hurts, so you can begin to live with more freedom, compassion, and authenticity.
I draw from approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Coherence Therapy to help us slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and create space for healing at the deepest level. I have experience working with people navigating trauma, untangling the impact of spiritual or relational pain, and learning to carry themselves with compassion through struggles with anxiety, depression, or shame. I especially value working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, helping them explore identity, relationships, and healing in affirming and supportive ways.
No two stories are alike, which is why I approach therapy with curiosity, gentleness, and respect for the path you’ve walked. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in this process of growth and healing.
