Nobody exists alone. We are all in communities – marriage, workplaces, schools, families – and you are uniquely gifted to contribute to your web of relationships. But sometimes in those webs, you can get stuck. Whether it be in your marriage, your family, or individually,, it can be hard to try and find a way to get unknotted. My heart is to help you see what that way out might be and to work with you to help get there.
Right now I am finishing a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Wheaton College, and pursuing this degree has allowed me to be present with families and individuals to create an understanding of their part in building webs of relationship. Therapy is the place for us to explore what that looks like together, working with a variety of therapeutic techniques that can help you find how to move forward.
The way is not right or wrong paths, but understanding the impact others have on you, and you have on others. I want you to see the unique way you’ve been created and the impact you have on those around you, and equip you to aim intentionally towards a life that flourishes.
