Hi! My name is Ben, and I’m currently finishing my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Wheaton College.
I believe that taking the brave step to seek therapy is one of the greatest gifts you can offer yourself—and your relationships. Whether you are walking through grief, relational conflict, anxiety, or the intensity of trauma, my desire is to journey alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care. I believe healing is possible, especially when we’re given space to listen to our bodies, explore our stories, and reconnect with who we truly are.
Our bodies are built with resilience to endure life’s hardships, yet so often, the systems we live in don’t nurture the compassion, rest, or attention they deserve. My approach to therapy is deeply grounded in body positivity and the belief that healing involves both the mind and body. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and attachment-based perspectives to support this integrative work.
Whether you’re emerging from religious harm, navigating sexual frustrations, or learning to reconnect with your sense of self, I aim to co-create a space that is judgment-free, compassionate, and open to whatever you may bring. This space is for feeling, for healing, and for growth.
I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and walk with you on this journey.
