Hello! My name is Natalie, and I am pursuing an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Wheaton College.

Whatever brings you to therapy—whether it’s relationship struggles, anxiety, parenting challenges, or just the everyday stress that life throws at us—please know there’s a place for you here. We all carry burdens, but you don’t have to carry them alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you work through life’s challenges and discover new ways to thrive.

My goal is to create a safe space where you can be vulnerable, honest, and truly yourself. I’m passionate about helping children, teens, individuals, couples, and families work towards flourishing. Everyone has a unique story with different backgrounds, struggles, and beliefs—and I believe that is what makes therapy so meaningful.

My approach is collaborative—you’re in control of your own story, and I’m here to help you identify what you need and set goals, always tailoring things to what fits best for you. I’m also happy to incorporate faith and spirituality into our work if that’s important to you.

Above all, I believe every person has unique value and purpose. No one was meant to go through life alone, and building healthy relationships is key to living fully. I’m here to provide that safe environment where you can share, grow, and work toward becoming your best self.
