I am so glad you’re here!
I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wheaton
College Graduate School. My education and clinical training have equipped me to incorporate several therapeutic modalities into my work, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-
centered therapy, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Life can be difficult, and I believe that we all need human connection and support as we navigate
challenging seasons. That is why I am here! My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space
where you feel seen, heard, and supported. One philosophy I hold closely is to take what you
need from each situation or conversation to further your growth and leave the rest of it behind.
I believe emotions are deeply influential in our lives and it is important to acknowledge your
emotions and allow yourself to feel them. My hope is to walk alongside you as you explore your
emotions and together, we can process difficult experiences and develop productive, healthy
ways to manage those feelings.
I also bring personal experience to my work as someone who has lived with Type One Diabetes
since the age of eight. Living with a chronic illness can be exhausting, and the burnout, daily
decisions, emotional and physical fatigue, and the effort that goes into taking care of yourself is
often unseen by others. I see you. I understand the grief, transitions, and emotional weight that
can come with chronic illness. When searching for a therapist myself, I longed for someone who
truly understood those experiences, and I hope to offer that same understanding and support to
others.
