Life is messy, and can often leave us feeling scared, stressed, and confused. From anxiety to depression to broken relationships and so much else, we are often given more than we can carry on our own. Perhaps you have found yourself in this place recently. Perhaps you don’t know how you got there or where to go next. You are not alone. No matter where you are at, there is hope for healing and growth.
Entering into therapy can be intimidating and overwhelming. It takes courage to face all that you are going through. That is why I desire to create a warm, safe, and accepting space where you can bring every part of yourself. I want to meet you where you are at and work together to discover your unique needs, desires and strengths. As we journey together, I hope you will feel deeply understood and equipped to bring about meaningful, lasting change in your life.
I have earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in trauma at Wheaton College. I believe that through gaining insight into the difficult parts of our lives and developing helpful tools to navigate them, we can find freedom from the past and live a fuller life for ourselves and others. It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you discover what this healing could look like for you.
